GUIDE TO OUR USA VISA ASSISTANCE PROCESS (Process & Fees)

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Dear Valued Customers,
As of January 29th, 2024, there has been a change in the courier service handling passport collection and return deliveries for USA Visa applications.
The previously engaged courier, DHL, has now been replaced by TTPOST.

Here are the key points you should be aware of:

  1. Change in Courier Service:
    The US Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago, has transitioned from using DHL to TTPOST as the courier service for passport collection and return delivery.
  2. Passport Return Fee:
    With this transition, there is now a TTD $125 fee associated with return of each applicant’s passport. The option for free pickup at the courier’s office, by the applicant is only available at TTPOST Tragarete Road, Port of Spain.

We understand that adjustments like these can have an impact on your experience, and we appreciate your understanding during this transition period.

Please note that we are committed to keeping you informed. Any additional updates or changes to our services will be promptly communicated through this website.

Due to the above changes we have now implemented the following:

  • Complete Application Processing: $1,875.00 TTD +$125.00 TTD (For passport return option)
  • Persons who wish not to have their passports not returned to our office and are willing to collect their Passport themself at TTPOST Tragarete Road, will only pay the complete processing cost of $1875.00.

We at Jamar Consultants offer assistance with completion of application procedures for persons desirous of applying for Visas to enter the United States, Canada, India, Dubai and many other countries.

Enter the required information in our applicant Pre Check Online Form.
(Separate information to be entered for each family member).

Upon completion of entering the required information, click the submit button.
If you are having difficulty submitting the form, please remove any photos/images you have attached and resubmit.

Once the form with your information is submitted, you can visit our office at # 4 Adventure Road, Point Fortin, to make payment and have your photos taken.

If you couldn’t upload images of your Passport, Visa or ID, they can be sent via WhatsApp (868-271-7413) or you can present them to any CSR at our office, to be scanned and entered into our system.

Payment can be made in cash or Debit Card Point of Sale transaction.
Online Bank transfers or direct deposits are also accepted. Please call for banking information.
