1. Valid Passport and Photo ID
   
   …..1b) Passport with last expired visa (Issue/Exp dates and Visa number required).
   
2. Bank/Credit Union/Unit Trust etc. Statement (May not be required if user has a visa which is valid or expired within 48 months).
   
3. Job Letter/Business Registration documents (May not be required if user has a visa which is valid or expired within 48 months).
   
4. Birth Certificate (required for minors under 18 years old)
   
5. Marriage certificate (May be required for females whose last name is not the same as their husband).
   
6. Permission Authorization letter from non-applicant parent when applying for minors (under 18 years of age).
   
   *** Persons with valid US Visas or Visas expired within forty-eight months, may qualify for an “Interview Waiver” Therefore, they may not need to visit the embassy for interview.
   
   *** Job letters and Bank / Financial Statements are to be dated within Three (3) months of interview date.
   
   *** Persons who are considered for interview waiver, are not initially required to submit Job Letter or Bank Statement
   
   *** Land deed or proof of any property owned are not necessarily required.
